At Evolve, there are no rigid formulas. Instead, we draw from a thoughtful menu of modalities and levers, woven together uniquely in each session to meet you exactly where you are.
Depending on what phase - Foundation, Shift, or Elevation - your sessions may include a blend of soft manual therapy, strength training and functional movement, nutrition, lifestyle strategy, mindset coaching, red and infrared light therapy, sauna, and more.

And when your journey calls for support beyond my scope, I collaborate with and refer to some of the best local practitioners to complement our work. This may include hormone testing, menopause hormone therapy (MHT), functional lab testing, supplementation protocols, or other specialised medical support. You are never navigating this stage alone, and your care is never siloed.
